First: Clean it out with some peroxide or a little rubbing alcohol. If you don't have either, just wash the area with some luke warm water and soap.

Second: Get an ice cube and hold over the pimple for about 5 minutes or so. This will help numb the pimple (so it doesn't hurt) and also bring the bump down in size.

Third: If you have any acne medication, dab a little over it. I use tea tree oil, but if you don't have that...put a little toothpaste on the popped pimple. This will help dry it out...hopefully if you leave it overnight...it should do the trick!

Dont laugh.. toothpaste. I have a cabinet full of products and my sister in law told me once to use paste and now I do it all the time. It cools it and gets rid of the redness but also draws out anything that might be left inside.

Well popping them isn't always bad...just make sure they are at the end of their cycle and you are very gentle. It sounds kind of ironic but you dont want to "force" the pop.

a little bit of visine or aloe gel should do the trick. It will atleast sooth it until it fades.

agreeing with Matteas_m, after popping put toothpaste on it.
Seriously though! it works. something in it dries it up and stops it from comming back, but make sure it is late in its cycle. I heard this tip from an interview with Naomi Campbell

Apply hot compresses to a blemish in the evening to draw it out and do not wear anything like liquid make -up in order for the pore to breathe.
