You have to become expert, parveen. If you have mobile phone, you will get call from a lot of credit card suppliers. You can go to any bank near to your residence / work. Show PAN, proof of residence, proof of income etc.

If you build a Free Enterprise then you shall be able to avail a CREDIT Card from ICICI Bank, on which you can avail 4% cash back on purchase of any amount through the card in any shop.
More over if you refer this 4% cash back to other people then you can avail 1.5% cash back apart from your personnel 4% cash back from the whole volume generated by your referals.

Its very simple to have a credit card .
So mant BANKS are offering their cards of diffrent facilities.
Now a days, SBI card is best , just you can contact any branch near you and they will provide you your replies.
