Baby shampoo would probably be a good option because it's cleansing yet gentle. But if you're worried about styling product buildup you might want to try a clarifying shampoo. Or, if you're interested in more body try a volumizing shampoo like Sunsilk Anti-Flat.

I have fine hair and use Pantene Pro V (Classic Clean) - Shampoo and Conditioner, 2 in 1.

I find that it works very well. Good luck.

I have very fine hair too. We need to be careful not to weigh it down. Stick to baby shampoo.

Aussie MEGA shampoo and conditioner, if you can find it. The MEGA version seems to have disappeared from the shelves of the stores around here, darn it!
