Honestly I am not going to help you out with loosing more weight. You are as light as you need to be. Any lighter and things might be bad. I am EXTREMELY athletic. i am 5'8" weight 150-155 pounds and look at you babe.

I lost 15 pounds by taking a walking class at college. I went to class on monday and wednesday of every week for 16 weeks and walked briskly for 45 mintues. My legs are defined, my booty stands up, and I can actually see my obliques! I'm lovin it girlfriend!

Only eat when you are really hungry and focus in on high protein foods. As you do this you will feel a lightness and emptiness in your body. If you tune in you will actually know that your in fat burning mode at all times. Focus in on that thought throughout the day. In all moments you want to be in fat burning mode!! Good luck!
