I have been having a lot of physical symptoms, such as bad headaches, heart palpitations, i'm always tired, I always feel sick.....something is always wrong with me!! I have been tested for many things including hyperthyroidism (which my doc thought I truly had) and all my tests turn out normal. They can't find anything wrong with me but yet I am having all these physical symptoms. I have been to many doctors for a second opinion so I know it's not my doctor. Would anyone have the slightest idea what is going on with me? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE :) Thanks.

I would like to add that i am 27 years of age and do take care of myself. I am diagnosed with a panic disorder, but I don't know why I would feel so bad all the time. I have read about hypocondrism but I don't feel like I have a disease or am dying of something. there has to be a logical reason for this.

You are not going crazy. Many times in our 20's we don't eat right. We don't sleep right. etc etc.. We are constantly stressed and unsure of what we are doing the next day.

Visit a therapist and talk out some of your issues. If you constantly have stress in your life you can have seizures your body can shut down. I would visit a Mental Health Doctor and be evaluated! I am not being funny or rude! If you seriously want to know what is wrong that would be the next step. I am surprised that your family physician has not recommended the tests.

Try finding something you truly enjoy doing. When you feel a panic attack.. Easier said then done.. but, try to focus on positive. This will pass but you Must get control of your feelings now as this will get worse.

You and You alone know your body. Take care of yourself and EXPRESS YOURSELF GIRL!

The glass IS HALF full!!! LOL
Good Luck.

I had the same issues as you discribed last summer. I was checked for a chemical imbalance, my heart was checked & I even did an ultrasound on my heart to make sure it had nothing to do with my heart & it came out normal. I was checked for so many things including lupus cancer & diabetes however, every test always came back normal.

I also had other symptoms such as being dizziness, blacking out, light headed, becoming extremly hot & tired suddenly. I would get sick if I became too hot. I went to many doctors & had tons of tests preformed on me. The ending result was asthma. They found this on a chest xray recently. I'm 28 & just now have asthma. The doctor in the ER said that anyone can get asthma at any time in their life then he explained to me what not getting enough oxygen can do.....
If your not getting enough oxygen then your body will make you feel tired & this will cause tons of problems.

The medication they gave me has helped the symptoms go away. To think after 1 yr of going through this & being sick all the time it was something as simple as asthma. I hope this helps & Good Luck.

Has your doctor recommended a cardiologist? Just to rule out the heart. Also, do you experience anxiety or panic attacks a lot? Sometimes anxiety and panic, over time, can make you feel physically ill.

Do you take care of yourself? Maybe your not eating enough or sleeping enough. If I don't eat enough I get really bad headaches, even if I don't feel hungry at all. If you lead an unhealty life your body might not be getting every thing it needs to operate. Take a look at your general lifestyle, maybe something there could be affecting your wellness.

You may have an anxiety disorder, which can cause these physical symptoms and more. You may want to ask for a referral to a mental health specialist (you are NOT crazy - many of these issues are caused by a CHEMICAL in-balance!)

Sweetie, you just need to drink 6-8 glasses of water per day. Also 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water will make you feel so happy. You must take acv consistently though. Hair, nails will grow long and strong too. Read the water cure on the web. Water does so much for our bodies. Think of yourself as a plant; you must water and feed it the right vitamins and minerals. ACV has 93. Will curb your appetie. Cures depression too.
