Cool Whip is available in tubs, found in most supermarkets in the freezer section near the ice cream. Thaw in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours.

Dream Whip is a dessert topping mix that is boxed in a pack of two, found in most supermarkets in the Jell-O section and can be prepared in 4 minutes. You prepare it by combining the contents of one package with 1/2 c. cold milk and 1/2 t. vanilla and whipping it until light and fluffy.

Any supermarket, at least in the US. Even the tiniest stores. Do you have Safeways there? It's in the freezer case. Any store carries them in the freezer case. Good luck!
