For example, how do i put the last page as the 1st page and the 1st pas as last? do i need to drag or what

You can drag pages in Microsoft Word in the Outline View if you have used style Headings. Change to Outline view and if you can see plus signs in front of chapter headings etc. you will be able to move them about. If you can't see the plus signs you can 'promote' the first line of text by selecting it and clicking on the 'Promote' button (arrow pointing left) You can now 'collapse' the document so that you only see the headings by clicking on the number 1 on the toolbar. When you click and drag the headings into the order you want them, all the text following the heading will move too.

You need to put a section break in the document where the breaks in the numbering occur. Page numbers are a section-based document property. Put your cursor somewhere in a section, go to [Insert] > [Page Number] > [Format], set the starting page number for the page section you are in, and then [OK] and then [Cancel] (so that you don't insert the page numbers automatically. Then go to the next section and do the same thing. After that, you can insert the new page numbers in the headers or footers.
