Omg, Are you my sister? lol..
She has the same exact characteristics as you. And you know what, it's perfect. As long as your health is doing fine as well such as eating right. Not feeling dizzy and getting sick easily would be some bad signs you might need to gain a little weight for the sake of having good health. People who will tell you your too skinny are probably ones who wish they had what you did. Thats what I learned through my sisters experience. Besides in a couple of years, your metabolism will start to slow down so you are definitely going to want to be the weight you are now for a better future in still being thin. That's just my opinion. =)

I am 5'4 as well, and I have been at 110, however for my petite frame and facial structure ( square jaw) it did not look well on me. However 120, was just about right. So,keep in mind your body structure and any hereditary influence you might have as well. You sound to be just perfect, don't let the industry around you influence how you look at yourself. Remember that what matters most, is are you happy with you?

It's about the least you can weigh for that height. My sister in law is 5ft4 and 110lb. She is very thin, but still healthy and is also naturally small framed.
HTH : )

It sounds just about right to me. If you exercise and tone your muscles you will be in perfect shape. Don't worry about bulking up, women lack the testosterone needed to bulk. Those pictures in muscle magazines are ALL from women who took hormones to bulk up and participate in competitions (a friend who is a sports medicine doctor explained this to me).

Healthy thin, not unpleasantly skinny. That's a good BMI.
