Eat foods that are good for you. Berries, nuts, protein, whole grains, veggies and fruits. Eat smaller portions and more often.
Oatmeal with cinnamon and some healthy granola topping for breakfast.
Snack on an apple and cheese cut it up to look pretty
For lunch, eat some tuna sprinkled with lemon pepper sauce.
Snack on some fresh cut veggies or yogurt
for dinner, wrap some chicken breast in a piece of foil, add some sliced bell peppers and garlic and other seasoning and put the whole thing on the grill.
You don't have to stop eating. Just stop eating fast food, mayonnaise, sauces and butter.

pay attention to what you're eating. maybe monitor your calorie intake and be aware of the amount of sugar you are eating. if you want to eat something, you must work it off. so at least that will start to surve your appetite because if you want that piece of candy or piece of chicken, you will have to work for it. I liked eating after I worked out. even if it is a 20-30 min walk. for me, if I was eating after I worked out, I would eat healthier and smaller portions because I knew that I was working hard to get into shape and I did not want to ruin my progress. Maybe also try spacing out your portions. You can eat what you want, but try not to all at once. When you start spacing out your food you may find you are not hungry anymore.

If this uncontrollable hunger came on suddenly, it could be a sign of a health problem. Go to your doctor to check it out. Could be your thyroid. Could be many things.

chew more when you eat, and take more time when you eat. dont rush. when you eat slow you get full easier. at least che 30times before you swallow. also drink more water, but not too much cuz you will die lol
