There's so many different wonderful restaurants at Walt Disney World. Here's a few of my favorites...
The Rainforest Cafe at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park
I think this is the best restaurant at the Park, and they definitely serve decent food. I had the Passport to Paradise Pizza. It has different cheeses and freshly chopped basil on top. It was awesome!
Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano at the Disney - MGM Studios
I really liked this restaurant. The brick walls, the little white lights everywhere, and the open kitchen. The food and service here was great, too! The calamari was delicous! They're oven-baked flatbreads are really good. Oh, and the honey-hazelnut ricotta cheesecake with blood orange sauce was the best cheesecake I've had anywhere at Walt Disney World!
The Coral Reef Restaurant at EPCOT
Well, this restaurant is just beautiful! And all of the tables have a view of the aquarium, so you can watch the sharks and other fish while you dine. I had a perfect meal here this past summer! The fried calamari was the best I'd ever had, the grilled N.Y. strip steak with potatoes au gratin was perfectly cooked, and the Chocolate Wave dessert was to die for!
Le Cellier Steakhouse at EPCOT
This is a very popular restaurant. But it's no surprise, the service and food is outstanding! This is probably the best steakhouse at Walt Disney World, with the Yachtsman Steakhouse coming in a close second. They start off with these breadsticks that everyone just loves! You'd never know a breadstick could be so good - the pretzel ones are the best! The mussels served chowder-style were fantastic! I had the 7 oz. filet mignon with cream cheese mashed potatoes. It was cooked perfectly and the potatoes were great! And for dessert, the maple creme brulee is quite good.
Tony's Town Square Restaurant at the Magic Kingdom
I've dined here each time I've been to Walt Disney World and have always loved it. I think the restaurant's lovely, and the service here is always very good. The spinach and artichoke dip is incredible! It's so good! The chicken florentine was very good, too. The best part about this restaurant, though, is the dessert. Their tiramisu is the best! It's something I always look forward to when I go to Walt Disney World.
Bongos Cuban Cafe at Downtown Disney
This is a very beautiful restaurant. It's owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan. In the evening they have live music. They have the BEST Cuban sandwiches here! They are amazing! And the flan for dessert was so yummy! This is one of my most favorite restaurants at Walt Disney World.
The Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort
They have an excellent dinner buffet with all sorts of food. Prime rib, clams, mussels, shrimp, mashed potatoes, etc. They best part is the dessert, though! They serve these delicious little Oreo bon-bons.
The California Grill at Disney Comtemporary Resort
This restaurant is very popular. It's located atop the Resort and offers a very beautiful view of the Magic Kingdom. It's a gorgeous restaurant, too, with a spectacular open kitchen! The food is amazing! The BLT flatbread was so good. The pan-seared scallops were cooked perfectly! Dessert was wonderful, too... some little white cake with a light whipped cream served in a tea gelee with peach and mango. Yum!
Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort
Everything about this restaurant is wonderful! The location is great, the restaurant is beautiful, it has a great view across the Lagoon, etc. They start off with some delicious bread served with butter and their special sea salt. It's so good! I always have to get the mussels for an appetizer here. I've tried the calamari, too, which was good, but I love mussels, and they're are the best I've had anywhere! For entrees I've had the pan-seared scallops and the filet mignon. Both were perfect! For dessert, I love their sorbet dish. There's usually mango and blackberry, and then they drizzle this rasberry sauce all over it. It is one of the best desserts at Walt Disney World! And you can watch the fireworks while you dine here, too.
The Kona Cafe at Disney's Polynesian Resort
Ok, I really, really love this restaurant! I always stay at Disney's Polynesian Resort, so I eat here at least two or three times during each stay. During breakfast they serve this dish called "Tonga Toast." It's banana-stuffed bread fried and tossed in cinnamon-sugar. I don't care for bananas, but I love it! For lunch or dinner, I always have the wok-seared duck potstickers for an appetizer. They're just beyond amazing! Sometimes I even order them from room service just for a snack. The island chicken sandwich is very good for lunch. The filet mignon, prime rib, and strip steak are all great for dinner. For dessert, the Kilauea torte is a must! It's a small chocolate cake filled with warm chocolate ganache. It's so amazing!
Artist Point at Disney's Wilderness Lodge
This is a very beautiful restaurant. I loved the staff here! They were especially friendly and did anything possible to make our first dinner of our vacation special. The mussels here are excellent, but my boyfriend had the smoky portobello soup and it was fantastic! I gave up on my mussels to finish his soup, it was so good! The pan-seared scallops here were great. The restaurant's famous for their berry cobbler for dessert.
The Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney's Yacht Club Resort
I love this restaurant! We had a seat next to a window with a view of Stormalong Bay which was very nice. The lobster bisque is good. I'm not a big fan of lobster, so I assume one who does like lobster would love this dish. The Yachtsman filet mignon with mashed potatoes is so delicious! The thought of it makes my mouth water! Mmmmm... and for dessert, vanilla creme brulee with frsh berries on top. It was the best creme brulle I had anywhere at Walt Disney World.
So, as you can see, there's a lot of fantastic restaurants at Walt Disney World. It just depends on what sort of food you're into. I only listed about have of the places I really like.
I would suggest looking at the AllEars website. You can look over all the menus for the different restaurants. There's restaurant photos and plenty of reviews, too.

The best place to eat in Disney World is definitely the California Grill in the Contemporary resort. You do not have to stay there to eat there either. The food is awesome and you have a great view! Also you have to go there around the time the firework show is going to happen I would suggest an hour before so you have time to eat. Its so beautiful you can either go outside on the deck or stay inside where they dim the lights. They play the music to it also! It is a little pricey but well worth it.Also if you have children The Rain forest Cafe in Animal Kingdom is really neat!

Been there many times and I have to say that it depends on which theme park you are wanting to dine in, your preferences, and your cash flow. My recommendations are:
The Magic Kingdom:
Lunch: All the same, really.
Dinner: Crystal Palace or eating within Cinderella's castle (expensive, but worth the experience.)
Desert: Pineapple Dole Whip (which is located in a small hut right near the entrance to the Robinson Caruso tree house) in Adventure land.
Epcot:
Lunch: I would suggest trying something small and new from every land. The food is very authentic and a great way to expose yourself and your family to other cultures.
Dinner: Paris for a quiet dinner for two. Oktoberfest for a loud, but great experience. The Terrace if you are low on cash.
The Hotels:
Dinner: The Polynesian has a wonderful luau that is family oriented and right before the fireworks (perfect view from the beach).
Breakfast: The Contemporary is wonderful for character meetings.
MGM:
Lunch: There is a diner called "Mama's place", or something similar. You sit at a table and are treated like a family. The waiter acts like your mother and your table mates are family. (fun to participate) If you like the 50's there is a diner where you sit in cars and listen to music from that era. (The drive in)
Animal Kingdom or The Marketplace:
Lunch or Dinner: The Rainforest Cafe

We have always enjoyed a trip to Chef Mickey's. It's located in the Contemporary Resort and real easy to get to by taking the monorail. It is a character dinner experience with lots of photo opportunities as the characters come right to your table. The buffet is wonderful for kids and adults. The kids can get pizza, try Mickey shaped pasta in the macaroni and cheese, and make their own decorated cupcakes. The adults can eat cocktail shrimp, carved beef, and parmesan mashed potatoes (to die for!). There are many other items on the buffet.
Make reservations up to 180 days ahead of time through 407-WDW-DINE.
Have a great time!

What I did as quickly as I went with my family individuals became stay on the Buena Vista motel, it rather is placed close to the Downtown Disney area of the motel. after all of the extra expenses and taxes, it fee variety of $one hundred twenty in line with night (this became 2 years in the past). the 2d time, some family individuals individuals went on their own, and that they stayed on the throughway worldwide motel. the fee in line with night became variety of $80 (a million year in the past), and the rooms have been extra advantageous (2 bedrooms vs. a million mattress room), even nonetheless it became extra from Disney international. so a techniques as transportation is going, a solid $50 decrease fee expenses from the beginning up could be to take the LYNX #111 bus from the Orlando Airport to Disney international. The bus runs each half-hour, and the holiday takes variety of an hour. To get to the throughway worldwide motel, you may could flow to the #fifty six bus. i desire this suggestions became very efficient. savour your holiday to Disney international.

Chef Mickeys is the best. You can go for breakfast or dinner and you get to see al the chracters and they actually come to your table to get pictures taken or just hang out which is a big hit with the kids. And the food is great, buffet style but very good.

If you are going into Epcot I highly recommend the British Rest. & Pub or the German Hospitality House. It's been a few years since i've been there but they were excellent then.

In spite of the above suggestions, sorry, there are NO good restaurant recommendations there.
Eat before or after, bring a cooler in your car and have a snack.
Food at most theme parks is atrocious and if you don't know it now you'll find it out there!
