Ya i think thats about right. If your only 14 you might get a bit taller whitch will help. But i think for you highth 115-120 is fine. Just dont think you fat or anything becouse your bmi is fine as is. If you start to exersize regulerly you will feal so much better and sleep better to.

It's not that there is anything wrong with being 115lb at 5ft6, but it's just that there is nothing wrong with being 130lb at 5ft6 either. You shouldn't aim to be the lowest weight you possibly can, you should aim to get fit and in shape and not worry so much about what you weigh.

I think for your height that 130 is a nice weight. I think if you go below 120 that you will look sickley
