It kind of looks like a small mole or a dark freckle. It doesn't hurt at all. What could it be?

It sounds like you have a small blood blister, it is usually purpleish/red this is usually caused when you clench at night and your cheek gets in the way. No pain is associated with this. It will go away in a week or less.

There are a number of possibilities, and most of them are of no consequence. This may be a mole or freckle. This may be a discoloration from silver in a filling that is in contact with the inside of your mouth. On the other hand, any pigmented lesion could be a tumour such as melanoma. For this reason, you should visit your family doctor or a skin specialist and have the lesion examined. It is probably nothing to worry about, but have it examined for your own good and peace of mind.

Probably nothing, and will go away. How long has it been there??

See a dentist. Be sure.

U need a biopsy and removal... Most likely a benign mole....
