Every night I play music on my computer and dance up a storm all by myself for like an hour. When I get done I am extremely sweaty and out of breath, but it is so FUN! Think this is a good workout?

Absolutley! Sounds like a great time!

Two things that make this the perfect workout:

1. You enjoy it, so you are likely to stick to it!
2. You are getting your heart rate up and burning calories!

Just add some resistance training (weights, bands, etc) a couple of times per week and you'll be bikini ready in no time! ;-)

Sounds good to me! If you are getting your heart rate up to between 65 and 80 percent of your maximum heart rate (subtract your age from 220 and multiply that number by 1.65 and then again by 1.8 to get the range) then you are getting a cardiovascular workout. And the fact that it is fun is icing on the cake! (not to mention that you will keep on doing it)

Oh yeah def. I dance for 20 min a day and in 2 weeks i saw results in my waist and legs got smaller. DEF RIGHT ON!

Of course! Dance is GREAT aerobic exercise... the best kind for you!
