Somewhat every other night, I dream about Werewolves, Zombies, and The end of the World. As strange as it may sound. I don’t know why, I completely avoid horror movies. This has been happening for some time now. Can any one interpret them? I may add that every dream is gruesome and deals with many deaths, as disturbing as that is. But I would like them to stop any advice?

Sounds like you have had some programming done to you. Many people have the end of the world type of programing. Just know that you are not alone. You may want to Google: David Icke or Stewart Swerdlow for some answers about being a programmed individual.

You are having these dreams because this is what you fear. You fear confronting what you are unprepared to face.
What can you do for it? In your dreams, you are interacting with strange things like zombies, things that are human in form but that are completely foreign to you, meaning unfriendly to you.
In real life, everyone that you see, who is different from you, is not going to be unfriendly. While you are a complete stranger, it will seem that way. You should always be cautious of strangers, but don't be afraid of people.
I would recommend that you find some kind of volunteer work to help out. Go with a friend or loved one that you trust, maybe to a place where they already go and feel comfortable. Being with someone who already knows these "strangers" should give you a greater strength to face someone that you don't know. You will find that by helping people, the initial scariness wears off and you discover they are people, just like you.
Learning to be unafraid of strangers in certain situations should help you unlock that deep anxiety in your mind, and that should allay those frightful dreams.
Best of luck to you.

Wow that must be pretty difficult to deal with. Out of curiosity are you taking any medications. I've had friends who had horrible nightmares due to a medication they were on. Its a possibility, and if thats not it, maybe your subconcious is trying to tell you something. If theres any trauma in your past you may need to seek out therapy to work through it, the dreams could be a result of you reliving some abuse, or seeing some abuse. If you want to email me, I'd love to know how things work out for you, or details of what is going on.

there are many dream websites with dream dictionary. type dreams in search. i also bought some books on dream interpretations.
i also have weird dreams. i am not very good at interpreting them but it is interesting to figure out what the dream is trying to tell you. the hidden meaning behind the symbolisms. it is like a weird movie. you can get some idea what it is trying to tell you, if not too detailed.

Have you been taking any medication you are not used to taking? Certain medication can cause this in some people. Is it possible you have a irrational fear of death? Have you been under a lot of stress? I know I have a lot of dreams that someone is chasing me and I yell and I fall down, but I cannot make a sound.

There is a section on nightmares and how to deal with them, giving sensible advice, based on sound psychological principles, in the most recent blog of Shan Eris on "tackling depression" at www.myspace.com and afterwards, type "nightmares" in the bar near the top of the myspace homepage.
