Was "wife beater" that short shirt and the name of the whiskey those who wear it are always swilling down? The only British ship that I know of which is famous is the "HMS Pinafore" but I don't think a pinafore is a short shirt (but I may stand corrected on that).

All i know of is M.I.A I'm not famous, but one of the replies made me realise that my ancestors were refugees! Huguenots from France, my grandfather had mentioned something about it before, after looking it up just there now, apparently some 10,000 came to Ireland! Wow
