Has anyone ever used vitamin C to control the pressure instead of eye drops? If so, how much do you take?

Glaucoma must be managed by your eye doctor. It can not be managed by over the counter vitamins or medications. Pressure is usually controlled by using a drop once or twice a day. On occasion, if the drops do not control the pressure there are some surgical procedures that are an option. There are different types of glaucoma so depending on what type you have will depend on how you are treated.

It is very important to follow the guidelines of your ophthamologist and have regular pressure checks. Glaucoma is usually free of symptoms until damage begins to happen to the eye.
