Well you might just want to start preaching. You only have to work like an hour a week and the suckers give you money. Pretty cool set up.

Praying will not help you. If you want your bills paid then you need to work. Maybe the reason you don't wanna work is b/c you don't like the jobs that you are doing. Why don;t you try taking an on-line aptitude test to find out what intrests you so you can actually have a job that you enjoy.

Nope. Faith without works is dead. Plus, you reap what you sow. These are both straight out of the Bible.

If you don't act on your faith that God will provide (say, by getting off your butt and working if you are able) and therefore giving expecting to recieve, you can pray until you are blue in the face and it won't do you any good. It's one thing if you aren't able to work for some reason, or if in some rare occurance God told you not to (I mean really told you, not you think He told you). But even then you have to put action of some kind to your faith, as much as you can muster up. God is not an enabler of laziness, He is a provider of needs according to His glorious riches. He is not a socialist, He is a rewarder of those who trust in Him and act on that trust.

Not a good idea! The job is the answer to the prayer. Maybe you'll get a raise or get transferred to a department you like better. But the work is how you receive the money to pay your bills with!!

Yes lots of people are doing that already. Better yet you can just stand on the corner with a card board sign saying you will work for food and people will pitch you quarters. You just have to look out for those damn Goths. They will try and lure you to the Vampire covens and let the Vampires feed on you. So stay clear of the Goths and don't get your butt eat by Vampires and you will be ok.

You can give it a try but I would also like to suggest that you go ahead and say goodbye to all your stuff. Sounds to me like you don't need to pray about your bills, you need to find a different job. I can't wait to get to the office!

No, we must toil. "by the sweat of your brow you shall earn your food" Part of the curse from original sin. In the New Testament "Those who do not work should not eat" (there was a problem with people not sharing the workload and just expecting to eat the same as everybody else when they were perfectly healthy)

The two are not related, but you can pray to get your bills paid and you may quit your job too.

Well, yeah you can do that.
I doubt if your bills would get paid though.
But you can pray and quit your job. Its a free country. You are allowed to do that.

Don't want to work anymore? Try this.

Do something really perverted and socially f***ed up. Something that will f-up a whole bunch of peoples' lives. Then spend ten to twenty years in prison writing a screenplay about what you did for Hollywood and book publishers. When you get out of jail, you're a millionaire. Not bad for a ten year (be good and get out on parole) investment.
