I'm sorry to say there is no magic pill for weight loss. If you want to try something like Green tea in capsule form for then go for it, even if you dont see a big impact with weight loss you will benefit from the antioxidants. You are doing the right thing working on exercise and diet as long as the diet isnt some crazy fad. The best diet is moderation and eating a balanced healthy meal. You would be amazed at how much weight loss can occur if you replace all pop with water for example. Look at your bad food habits and chip away at those by replacing it with a good snack etc.
I hope this helps... good luck

DON'T even think of it. All diet pills can be very dangerous if you have any genetic tendency for a neurotransmitter in-balance. I have seen people sunk into severe depression because of them, as well as some who became violent and started fighting with anyone around. Both of these symptoms would cause much more harm to your relationships than a little extra fat, which can be removed with proper diet an exercise. The MOST effective diets out there are South Beach or the Protein Power by Dr. Eades (book available in public libraries).
For exercise, do anything aerobic (constant movement) for at least 30 min everyday, without hurry (it Can be a fast walk, slow jog, pedaling a bike, rowing, elliptical machine, swimming, etc..) and you will see wonderful results in just 2 months. But keep away from sugars and simple carbohydrates to the maximum extent you can.
NO PILLS ARE SAFE. Trust me on this one, I am a Fitness Trainer with lots of experience.

Step up the diet plan, but don't go to diet pills. You'll feel so much more accomplished if you step up the diet and exercise, because when you lose the weight, you look back, and can say you worked for the body. You'll have so much more self-esteem and confidence if you just step it up. I think that diet pills are a lazy way to lose weight, and won't make you feel any better about yourself. Dieting and exercising isn't ALL about losing weight, it's about feeling good about yourself and feeling and being healthy. You aren't going to get much out of diet pills except for a body. Dieting and exercising and working for the body you want won't only give you the body you want, it'll give you happiness and self-esteem, and you'll feel good about yourself, and you'll be happy. You'll have something to be proud of. Don't go for diet pills, because they don't give you the whole happiness and healthiness package, they just give you the body. Dieting and exercising does give you the whole package: the health, the happiness, the fitness, and the body.

I don't recommend diet pills. For anyone. But if you decide to take something make sure it is FDA approved and that you contact your doctor if possible. If you purchase it can be very dangerous to abuse the medication. I recommend trying every other method first, but an intelligent question.

the diet pills won't help, remember in the commercials it stated results are not typical, all it does is speed up your heart rate, I tried it and felt so sick, all I could do was lie in bed, diet, excerise, drink a gallon of water a day and nothing but water, cut out all sweets, and the pounds should fall off
