I have small eyes, wide cheeks, bluegreyish eyes,and puffy hair. Please tell me what shades and types of make-up to wear and how to make my eyes look biger and more pretty just naturaler.

Light shimmery taupe brown eyeshadows. Also a rust color makes grey eyes look bluer.Use thin black eyeliner and tons of black mascara
