anyone have suggestions on a practical joke that could be scary and unexplainable? ghost-like?

I am convincing someone that there house is haunted and its working but i am running out of ideas and i am trying to keep this going till april.

My favorite is the rising table seance gag. It takes an accomplice. You and the insider sit on opposite sides of the table. You have everyone place their hands palms down lightly on the table. You can have everyone keep in contact by touching little fingers. With dim lights and the proper seance atmosphere, you tell everyone to look at the ceiling and think about clouds, feathers, balloons and light things. Call out for a spirit to show its presence. At this point, you and the accomplice slip your thumbs under the edge of the table and lift. The table rises, if anyone looks down, straighten your thumbs, the table drops with a crash and you blame that person for scaring off the spirit. Takes a little practice and good peripheral vision but works quite well.

Most people in america these days are scared easy, so if your looking to scare somone, i suggest doing at night and after a scary movie. This is just a suggestion, you can scare someone anytime you like. So keeping it practical all you have to do really is stalk the person with out them knowing, knock stuff over and what not.

You can also just take stuff and not tell them, like a pencil, or anything really that can be taken from right under there nose. Trust me youd be suprised how much this freaks and aggravates people. just remember to keep a straight face.

I don't know of any but I know a good practical joke. My daughter was 12 and for a joke I taped the handle on the sink sprayer down so that when she got up to get her morning water she would get sprayed. It was April fool day. I left her in bed and got ready for work. When I went to open the door, She had put a gob of Vaseline under the door knob. I got it all over my hands so of course I headed to the sink to wash my hands and sprayed myself good. Pay back !!!!

Well my best friends tried to make me scared once, and what they did was the old ''blood shower'' thing. Let me explain. You make fake blood come out of the shower hosey thing when someone is taking a shower, instead of water. It was absolutely AWFUL when they did it too me, I thought someone had come over and stabbed me and I was dying. And then to make it worse, they slammed the door shut. *shiver*shiver*

Attatch a projector to a ceiling, and put a movie of a woman floating in it. Now they will see the image of a "ghost" woman floating. when they r watching t.v., change the channel, turn of the t.v.
