I used to be fatter but i wanted to get healthier but in doing so i lost a fair bit of weight. I wanna put on some weight to fill out my chest, and i need a healthy way of doing it. and by healthy i mean that i also want to look alright without a top on. Im pretty tall so i have to weigh around 85kgs to be over weight so im not really anywhere near it.

I guess you don't live in the US - since you use the metric system, but if they sell Ensure Plus where you are that has been helping me out. In addition to adding extra calories by drinking fruit juices in place of water, whole grain breads, peanut butter, and meats. By staying away from sweets and eating healthier calories the weight isn't going all to my stomach. I have been gaining an average of 1 lb a week. That's alot for someone who has been very underweight their whole life. Oh, and I'm sure everyone tells you you need to add in some weight lifting!
Good luck!

in case you wan't to income weight, and build muscle. you do no longer wan't to easily over consume with junk ingredients. this might relatively makeyou fatter, and undesirable. yet once you wan't to income muscle you will might desire to drink some extreme protein drink's, shakes, ingredients. Peanut Butter & Jelly i think of could be a solid start up. The Peanut Butter will supply you Protein, on a similar time as the Jelly has lot's of extreme Fructose, and Sugars, to help positioned of the burden. you may wan't to examine some inexpensive CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter sorts of organic herb pills to help help the muscle tissue. i won't be in a position to think of of any names of those types, yet i understand they exist, i've got heard of folk taking them, and had stable consequences whilst taken often.

Eat more fruits and vegetables and some junk food now and again. Excercising builds up muscle weight as well which I think is heavier than fat weight.
