The only way to get rid of any fat in the body is to let the metabolism burn it for fuel. However, stored fat is used only in the last resort, after the body has burnt all the carbohydrates. In conclusion, if your cells do not find any carbs to burn they will start with the fat. Got it? Cut out the carbs to a minimum for at least one month (about 30 to 40 g a day), if you see good results, increase to 50 g in the second and third months. At this point, if you have been measuring your fat content, you will see a remarkable improvement.
Needless to say, if you exercise you will burn a lot more than just sitting!
Drink lots of water while you are doing this, in order to get rid of the by-products of fat burning reactions.
You should not try that if you suffer from diabetes.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Eating less carbs is the fastest way to lose it, but it is also the hardest way. you lose the first 3-4 pounds in like 1 week but then u will be stuck at that weight for a while and it will be hard to start losing again.

Eat only when hungry. No more than three meals a day unless diabetic. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Avoid snacks and eat only when you're hungry.I suggest doing some cardio.You can run,swim or ride a bycicle.Cardio helps you lose fat quick,and working out helps you get a tight toned stomach.Try to stay away from fatty foods and good luck!

Belly dancing or salsa 20 min a day you will see results. Crunches,sit ups help too oh and lifting weights will too.
