Dos:

Have a great time, cruising is the best.

Relax and enjoy yourself, don't worry too much

Take fully advantage of the great dining and service, especially if it isn't what you are used to.

Buy all the things you want before you leave, once you are gone, it may be too late.

Take tons of pictures, I'm sure it will be something you want to remember.

Be smart with safety, don't go places that aren't well populated alone, try to make sure that someone will know where you are at all times. Keep anything really important in your room safe, or somewhere on your person that no one else would easily be able to get to it.

Use basic knowledge when it comes to keeping yourself safe, especially in new places.

Be sure to wash your hands as much as possible, it's the best way to prevent a virus.

Don't

Over drink, cruises are not the place to get out of hand with your drinking. A lot of the accidents that happen on cruise ships are related to drinking, so limit yourself.

Do anything you will regret when you get home.

Get into unmarked taxis, or anything that looks suspicious. If you don't trust something, walk ;-)

Wait too long to take sea sickness medicine, if you think you may have a problem.

Get into trouble.

Forget to pack what you can't buy, i.e. your birth certificate, passport, plane tickets, etc.

Over pack, just take what you know you will need. On a cruise, you may need to bring a little more than normal, i.e. formal clothes, but try to leave somethings at home ;-)

Really, I could go on and on with this list. But in my opinion there are three things to remember. 1). Be safe 2). Don't over do or drink too much 3). Have a blast. From there, everything else is pretty easy

some cruise traces won't e book human beings below 21 without determine or mum or dad. additionally, there's a optimal volume of folk in line with cabin. eating below 21 might no longer be a difficulty on a similar time as ashore in the Caribbean, could be frustrating in the bars on board. maximum cruise traces are aimed for the two households or adults. Royal Caribbean and Carnival are slightly extra youthful person orientated, i think of. you probably choose for suggestions from a trip agent.

Don't go alone on shore excursions and don't go unescorted into unknown areas. Watch your drink at all times. Pickpockets abound in such places so make sure you have a secure way to keep your money and your ship boarding card. Don't do drugs when in these places.
