If a guy who likes you, as more than just a sister or friend tells someone they think you are "cute" what is the difference between that, and if he called you "hot" or, "okay"

Alright, in my opinion I have always considered it something like this.
Cute is like yeah i'd do her...
Hot is when you would for sure try and get it on with'em...,and
Okay, is just okay, really nothing special going on there...sorry if it seems kinda blunt, it was the best way I knew how to explain it.

I agree with Spidy up there =). I personally think that cute is more attractive. I think that if someone is hot... yea, sure, they are hot... but probably also think that they are too good for anyone. Okay would maybe be like just your average girl... but it could also mean that she is in between cute and hot. So again, I personally like cute... but would not have the guts to ever tell a girl that unless we were like going our or something...=P

Well, I don't know that every guy's use of the word is the same. For me, I'd say a girl that is sweet, innocent and generally short-statured. Hot, would be the kind of girl you see on the front of magazines, or the kind of girl too good to pay attention to you. And, "okay", would mean not very attractive, but a nice enough person. That's just off the top of my head, anyways. Not sure if other guys would categorize it the same way.

Every guy is different in their usage of the word "Hot", "cute", and sometimes "Ok". "Hot" usually means that the person has a very attractive body and physical intrigue. Do not mistake "Hot" to not mean slutty too. A girl can be hot but it doesn't mean she is or isn't a slut so watch out for that. Cute tends to be more diverse. Through my experience, a guy can say cute to mean in a more innocent way as adorable, like you would hear as a Platonic reference to someone who amuses them, but more like a sister. Another way of using the word cute is in a more sexually attractive way is less like adorable and more like charming and intriguing in a delightful way and pretty. As if your personality adds a charismatic appeal to the person. "ok" tends to be universal. You aren't ugly but you aren't a cute either.

Cute means you're good looking, but not necessarily having sex appeal (could be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on the guy.) Hot means you have sex appeal, and okay means just that. You're okay.

okay=do-able, but not worth the effort to go after.
cute=definitely do-able, and worth the effort
hot=so do-able, that you would do anything to get to her, and then some.
. . .in my book at least. as for your question, most likely he means you are good looking but not attractive to him. okay means he would not think about you in a sexual way, and hot means, well you get the idea.

Hot - Being beautiful physically with no flaws.
Okay - Someone that starts out as a friend and you find "cute" traits about them that you like.
