my ex's girl cheated on him with no fewer than seven guys. im not sure of the currant status of their relationship, his myspace says single, hers says in a relationship, and when i asked him about it he said he didnt know what the hell was going on...they are attempting reconciliation, initiated by her. i know this is a bad idea, because she also lied and told people they had broken up when they were really engaged. i firmly believe she is just in it for the money. i just dont know how relevent my advice is going to be, given he is my ex. what do i do? do i stand back and let fate take its toll? its breaking my heart to see him make such a bad decision... im also confused as to why im one of five people who knows every detail of the situation. this is the most complicated thing ive ever dealt with. its in my nature to try and help people, so telling him to bugger off would hurt me more than dealing with it.

Has he actually asked you for any help/advice?
It may not be a matter of telling him to bugger
off but instead just not getting involved in the
first place. Isn't he an ex for a good reason?
