Would you be worried if...?

Okay my EX-best friend sayed she had had 4 boyfriends this year already to my sister who is 12 yrs. old. I asked my sister why she was telling her that... "is she proud or something" is what I told my sister then I asked her 'would you be proud' and she replied yeah that is SO BOMB. Should I be concerned ?=). Would you think it was cool to have 4 boyfriends in 6 months? (personally I rather have a long term BF)
