I know this was a question about a moon colony and the Rapture, but for some reason I read "How does Santa Claus deliver presents to houses without chimneys?" It must be past my bedtime.

The question sounds as if NASA tried and failed. the answer is extra like it became not at all truly tried. at modern-day, the benefits of the station do no longer justify the cost. after we went to the moon and picked up samples, lots of the questions we had were answered. the following applies the regulation of diminishing returns, the position extra solutions, or extra intricate solutions, cost a lot a lot extra. What can substitute the image is that there are extra parts of prognosis, a replacing favor for solutions, or that the exploration cost develop into decrease. the first 2 aspects count on technology and society. The third one also relies upon on society and technology, notwithstanding it also relies upon on the moon itself. If we study there is water and that we may be able to apply it for the station, that ought to rigidity prices decrease. until eventually some aspects substitute, there is in simple terms no longer a study station.

Personally I don't believe in Pre-Tribulation Rapture, but it is not a big enough issue to divide the Church (big "C," body of) over.
If the Lord tarries and we inhabit thousands of worlds one day, when the end of days comes, He will have all His children.
You read Dune, B? They fill up the entire universe and find out that we are all there is for intelligent life, that's how it's going to be.

No matter where NASA sets up a permenant colony if there are "believers" stationed there, the sane members of the colony will pop a cap in their asses damn quick!
Can you image trying to live locked up in a sphere with a bunch of Mormons or those baptist nut cases that crash funerals?

I think that god would take that into account if he ever shows up. But he won't. Besides NASA sends scientists. There is about a 90% chance they are not believers.

Its a well know fact that God doesn't work the moon's surface so they will miss the bus to paradise unless their relatives have their bodies shipped back to earth - cost: $10,000,000/carcass.
