After he admits to having no feelings for me, can he start having them?

welll at the beginning he straight up told me that he didnt like me. Now, i think he's giving me mixed signals. I catch him staring at me sometimes, or he'll smile at me when we walk past each other. He even talked to me on IM...when before he asked me to stop talking to him. He started laughing when our mutual friend told him what i wanted to "do" to him. And he's also mentioned interesting details like when he wants to get married and what career he wants...now does he like me?

Maybe he has no clue what he wants. It could be that in the beginning he felt nothing but as he gets to know you more feelings are staring to develop. Ask he that is the best advice.
