nopes, you're going to have to wait. 18 in most places....some wil do it at 16 if you have your parents permission.

Also - if you're 13...you aren't done growing yet (physically or mentally)....might want to wait until you're a little older so that you develop a set sense of style and want in a tattoo...what you like at 13 may change when you're 30-40. Also...if you get taller...your tattoo doesn't grow with you...it stretches and becomes disfigured.

confer with the tattoo artist on the region. some human beings wont do it for all people below 18 despite in the event that they have parental consent, yet others will do it w/ parental consent. additionally, bearing directly to the "previous" element. my mom is 35 (no longer previous, yet older. lol) and he or she nevertheless loves her tattoos. she has 4 (one she have been given some months in the past) and he or she even has a band emblem tattoo that she loves nevertheless.

Well I live in Utah, and alot of Texas and Utah laws are the same. so if this one is the same, then yes you can. but you must have a parent or legal guardian present and have their consent before you do it. i don't know about over there, but here it's unbelievably hard to get it done w/ out a parent or guardian when you're under 18.

Not at all..you have to be 18.

With parental consent you can only have tattoo work done ONLY as coverups of gang-type, drug related, or obscene (previous) tattoos, etc.
