welll....ok first find out u need to find out what your bmi is....at the moment, its 24.1....which is normal going on overweight...not trying to be rude...im just telling you how it is....to be a decidedly good normal weight, (not to skinny, not too fat) you need to make ur bmi around 20.4. which would mean approx. 130 pounds.....so you should prolly try to lose about 24 pounds. basically, cut back on the junk food. eat carrot sticks or an orange instead of chips and cookies. DONT GO ANOREXIC OR BULIMIC!!!! its not good.....just dont even go there. what you need is to make your diet healthier and exercize more. just dont overdo it. also, something a lot of ppl dont kno is that soda can add 10 pounds to your weight each year. so if you're drinkin that, u might wanna reach for a cup of water instead. hope that was helpful!!!
=)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

You should be between 135 to 140 but as you build more lean muscle you might actually gain weight ,because muscle weighs more than fat. Don't worry too much your young and at 19 you are the right weight for your age and height. Sounds like you just have to tone up. Don't put to much emphasis on weight.Eating less sugar and more protein will help you build lean muscle. Also drink more water it's the best thing you can do for your body and it helps to fill you up .Make sure you still have some carbs every day for energy. I'm 5'3" and in my prime i wieghed 109 ,so please try not to go below 130 i'm 120 now and got 4" on you. Just exercise, eat right, and take vitamins.i met alot of models in my day and given your age you sound like your pretty good. i hope i have helped. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

Well, you seem normal to me. I am 14, weigh 150-155pounds and I am 5'8". I went to the doctor and he said that 145 is my limit, if I go under that then there may be some problems. Same for you.. I would not go under maybe 140 at the lowest. Honestly I think you are probably fine and just need a boost of self confidence. Keep your head up girl!

I will say 20lbs. this might help:

Ok in the morning-two apples or oat meal, cereal with lowfat milk. Lunch-salad with anything, snack-nut trail mix, fruits, vegetables, low fat yogurt. Dinner something light like vegetables with wheat pasta. Drink plenty of water.
Try to stay away from potato, regular pasta, too much rice, butter, bread, fried food, sweets, sodas, and carbs. Exercise-walking,dancing,jumping any cardio for 30 min 4x a week is good.
Good luck I hope this helps

18-23% body fat is ideal for your age. Get an inexpensive fat caliper and check your body fat and lose weight until you get into this range.
