There's a program called Muvee AutoProducer that allows you to enter photos and videos and it randomly selects different parts and plays them to music. You may edit what you want to include or exclude. I like it a lot. It doesn't have a full line of special effects features you can hand pick, but each theme includes different special effects that it automatically uses. There might be a demo version you could check out online.

Theres alot of it..just like one of the answer..muvee producer yes..it let u figure out which type u want to produce and lot of style..just klik n drag man..and y dont u try ulead or cyberlink that might help..if u r new to this..try stick to muvee or ulead or cyberlink..i'm sure u like it..though not much but its a good start..got to start somewhere eh
