Actually, the latest studies have proven that the consumption of eggs, including the yolk, has no effect on blood serum cholesterol levels. In reality, it has been shown that the cholesterol in food is not, in and of itself the problem. Eating high cholesterol foods or high saturated fat foods in combination with sugar is, however, unhealthy. So my recommendation would be to enjoy the eggs, but don't drink OJ with them.
I would suggest several books to help overcome the "low-fat and fat-free brainwashing" we have all had for the last 20 or so years:
"Fat Flush" by Ann Louise Gittleman
"The Schwarzbein Principle" by Dr. Diana Schwarzbein
"The New Diet Revolution" by Dr. Robert C. Atkins
Just to name a few. ;-)

If you are certain that you don't have high cholesterol, 2 eggs in the morning is fine. You'll want to keep your dinner just a little bit on the light side, however. Dinner should be your healthiest, lightest meal of the day.

Eggs have one of the highest protein contents of any food we eat but only the white, the yoke is not good for you, only in moderation

eggs are a good source of protein however lots of other foods have protein in them as well....egg whites contain the protein and the yolks contain the cholesterol, to prevent your cholesterol from climbing maybe have one yolk and one white, or just whites...I wouldnt recommend eggs everyday though, just because you will ruin a food that you enjoy, try and include others, like a protien shake in the am etc...

I think it'd be fine, eating too many eggs can cause biotin deficiancies and stuff like that, so just keep it at 2 and try and vary your dietary intake for optimal health...

too many eggs are not healthy.... one egg a day is more than enough...although, the do contribute to the protein amount in your body
