what i like to do because its cheap and quick is to use kraft do all that it calls for then add some shredde chedar chesse ohh its soo good! mmmmm

Stir up some corn starch into some milk, margarine and add some salt and pepper. heat this slowly over medium heat or a double boiler sturing constantly until you have a medium white sauce. Add some premium aged cheeder cheese and keep sturing untill all melted. Pour over aldente cooked macaroni in a greased baking dish, an cover with sliced cheedar cheese. Bake until the topping is golden

Try velveeta with fat free half 'n half to thin it down for good consistency.
