No, when you baptize someone it is suppose to dip them under water not hold them there. Holding them there for 5 minutes or more seem like you are trying to kill them.

The same can be asked.
When sacrificing an anmial to the islamic kabah, is it OK to hold the pig/swine and face the kabah and say "allahu_assbar!"
I'm sure muslims would be proud.
