It depends. Locals and those working for the local airlines will have a home to stay in Singapore. Those visiting crew members, their companies wil have arrangement pre-arranged with whatever hotels work with their country, so can be any based on budget allocated too. So you can find them in any hotel as they are in and out the next for flights.

Different airlines have different hotel contracts, and many airlines fly to Singapore.
Usually they'll stay at the major chains in 4/5 star hotels, although there are some exceptions. I've given you some links to hotels that may correspond in this bracket.

Remember that physical attraction is based on evolutionary advantage, and that there is no real distinction between professionality (I don't care if that's not a word) and primitive, animalistic behavior. Thus, people in general will give an advantage to those in a subset who are more attractive than their competition. Studies which I can't remember to cite have shown that more attractive people face less harsh jail sentences and the like for the same misdeeds as the less attractive.
