and has sex, that they should have a more stricture guidelines to cry rape? Not the ones that actually are, but the ones that just feel bad about it the next day. Or would it be better if they just made it a crime to have sex with anyone who is under the effects of any mind altering substance.

Drinking is a personal choice, everything that you do under the influence of alcohol, you have to take responsibility for. Drugs are a different matter, but I still firmly believe that if you're stupid enough to do drugs, when you know you'll do things that you wouldn't do when you were sober, then you should be made to take responsibility for those actions too.

I say if you willingly get drunk, you would do things that you normally wouldn't do. If you get high, you just feel good, it doesn't affect your decision making abilities. about sex, you shouldn't engage in that activity except for the woman that you're married to so you won't have to worry about a crazy woman crying rape.

i think it's wrong for anyone to have sex with anyone under the influence in the first place, but I also feel that if someone is that drunk or high that they don't have the ability to control what they say or do they shouldn't beable to cry rape

If they cant give consent, and you take advantage of em, I think it's only right that you go through the same thing they did everytime you take a shower for the next 5 to 10 years.

no it should not be a crime people need to know then to say enough is enough and if you are dumb enough to do drugs then you have to deal with the consequences. if you cant do that then don't do the drugs.
