I asked if he wanted to go the movies sometime next week--I sent the message on Friday afternoon. He emailed back saying to "give him a call at work or at home to decide what movie to see". I left a message at his home. He wasn't there--at least I think. It was embarrassing, I had to call the machine twice to give my number because I got cut off. We've been friendly, he seems interested, and I was hoping to make this a "date". Cause it still isn't clear to me if he likes me in that way. No call back all weekend. He usually responds to my emails a couple times a week. Should I call again or would I be seeming desperate? I just don't want to seem pushy if he wants to be friends. Or am I just thinking too much?

dont call again. the ball is in his court now.

if nothing happens, screw it, hes not worth it.

if he does call you back, and tries to make plans, seem busy. even if youre not, and youre not doing anything that night, say it isnt good for you. maybe the next night would work better? dont say what youre doing, just say you have plans already.

Well, this means that the guy is not interested with you. Why do you have to spend time with people who doesn't give you importance. Go out and look for some nice and friendly guys out there who have the same enthusiasm like yours. There are lot of caring and sensible guys who knows how to appreciate the beauty of friendship and the art of good human relation. Believe me, you'll be more happier if you do this. Cheer up and have some fun with other guys!

He might have had plans over the weekend or been really busy. Relax and give him some time and space. He gave you his number and he would not have done that just to be rude or ignore you.

yeah, you ARE thinkin too much..give it a rest, say a week. then if he still doesnt contact you, call him yourself. and if he still does not contact you, then youd be better off lookin for someone else.ayt?
