get really high i feel sick but when i just smoke out a lil i'm fine? please answer it's really freaking me out. thanks.

oh and how come i get all twitchy? like whole body twitches i feel like i have terets..

Feeling sick and "twitchy" is you body's way of telling you that you are doing something wrong. It is affecting your body in a negative way.

This does not even account for the fact that you are killing brain cells.
