This reposession was due to being on disability. The loan company does not care. They took the vehicle. Disability does not pay me enough. This doesnt seem right. Can anybody help?

You will need to pay off the balance of the notes before you can do anything. Take care of your current debts before you incur any more. Not even a buy here, pay here lot will sell you a car on credit at this point.

well you can get a car at the buy here pay here lot.
Only thing is you are going to get a cluncker at very high interest rates and this will be setting yourself up for reposession number three.
Better to personally assess the reasons for the first to posessions and get that situation under control.
Any chance that you could save your money for a few months and then buy a used car in a private sale?

You make it better by figuring out what went wrong the first few times and vow to change that.
Could it be that you dont make enough money?
maybe you can see about increasing your earning potential by going back to school or working in a second job?

The only real restrictions that you have at this point are the ones that you place on yourself.

See about finding ways to cut expenses
Maybe youcould take your lunch to work a few days a week.
Maybe you could get direct deposit at work and have the money go directly into your account where it is easier to budget rather than getting your checks cashed and having ALL of the money in your pocket?
I dont know what is going on, only you do but you can make it better with a stronger focus on the kind of life that you want to live vs. the life that you have now!

I would say you are very restricted. reposession means you do not have it anymore, it has been taken away from you so how can you make something better that you don't have?
