Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at.

Sometimes it is relatively easy to cure insomnia with some changes in your lifestyle.

Try to stay active during the day, avoid stress, go to bed and get up at the same time every day.

There is no such thing as Insomnia, the pharmaceutical company's have brain washed people into believing that everyone needs drugs to sleep, Heck I wish i could get away with 5 hrs of sleep. Try getting a hobby.

If you are fully rested, I guess it makes sense to get up. If it is insomnia, and you are not fully rested, you need to figure what the problem is, and cure it.

Get up, work hard all day doing things, not laying around. The next evening you will be tired; go to bed. If you again wake up early, get up work hard all day, no naps, no laying around, no television breaks....go to bed when you are tired that night. AT the longest, you will be in a normal sleep pattern within a week.

BUT, if you laze around, nap, etc., during the day, you will screw it all up and have to start over.
And remember, not everyone needs 8-10 hours sleep everyday.

While this is not an immigration question - just listen to Hillary, Obama, Gore or any of the other liberal. That should make those eyes close really fast.

Actually, I take an anti-depressant every night.

Five hours is more than I usually get, so unless you're a kid, I'm not really seeing a problem here.

If it is one, cut back on caffeine late in the afternoon and evening. Any activity that wears you out at bedtime is helpful, too.

An hour before bedtime, eat a pot brownie.
You'll sleep like a baby and wake up refreshed.
