No but on many items you really can't tell the difference.
Example - Which of the following does not use frozen hamburger patties:
Mc Donalds
Burger King
Wendy's
ANSWER AT BOTTOM
Wendy's

I did bake off frozen crab cakes once, and never mentioned whether I did or did not make them. Crab cakes are something I can't seem to get right, and frozen are better than my own.
