i have a little more then 2 weeks before spring break, i need to lose a lot of weight fast. not to sound bad, i dont care if its unhealthy or hard i can deal with it for a few weeks

drink alot of water and endurance run, increase your protein and eliminate carbs. it'll shock your system and probably end you up in the hospital, but you asked.

Elimate soda. Drink water. Go with heavy protein and green veggies. Nothing white....flour, bread, rice, cereal, sugar. It's proven that long term reliance on high protein diets causes bodily damage, but just for a few weeks, go with hard boiled eggs, a halved grapefruit for breakfast. Have a grilled chicken salad for lunch. Use lemon juice and olive oil for dressing. Quite good! Make dinner something nice like grilled fish or chicken with garlic and spices, another salad or steamed broccoli. Asparagus, too. Canned is o.k. Fresh grilled is delicious. A great kick start for burning fat in the AM is an eight oz. glass of warm/hot water with the juice of a whole lemon. Just slug it right down. Flushes fat and revs up metabolism. If you get really hungry, reach for a slice of turkey or chicken, not ham or bologna. A little hard cheese, a cup of yogurt in a hurry, an apple, maybe., but rely heavily on your protein and greens. Should get rid of five to eight pounds or more depending upon the amount your size. Walk when you can. Use real butter not margarine. Olive oil is good for your body and soul. Lots of water. You can do it.

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Step one. Go to the grocery store and buy high protein foods (cottage cheese, eggs, chicken, lean hamburgers, Turkey from the deli) and good carbs (whole wheat bread, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes).

Step two. Set your alarm clock 30 minutes earlier. Get up, get dressed, and go running. Don't think about it. Just do it. Be strong. Run for 15 to 20 minutes. Walk/Jog if you have to.

Step three. Eat the good foods that you bought. You will be hungry. Do not eat junk food. You will be more hungry than usual. Do not eat anything but the good foods you bought. Do not have any junk foods at home.

WATER only. NO SODA. Especially not DIET SODA.

Get on a diet. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. You know, healthy stuff. Exercise a ton. Not only would you be a knock out 'cuz u have tons of muscle! But you'll be nice and slim. Cut down on midnight snacks, drink tons of water, trough away all the diet drinks EVERYWHERE! And stay away from anything that has a drive thru unless it's a "starbucks!"

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

WARNING this can be very very dangerous
cut ALL carbs exercise 2 hours a day drink alot of water but not while eats

run like 5 miles a day thats what i do it only takes like 2hrs i run from my house to price chopper buy a bottle of water and run back
