First of all, if your going to do anything that is affecting your body, your health, the fitness of your body-mind-and-soul, please do it for yourself and not for others, even for loved ones. Whatever you decide, just make sure it will be worth it FOR YOU. As to doing exercise, just do whatever suit you. Some people prefer a fast result in little time but that should mean extra hard work or even extra money. Some like it work in slow pace, which i recommend. Yoga's good for your flexibility. Curl-up crunch for your abdomen, 10 every morning should do it. Maybe 'side ways' leg up or tae bo kick for your legs.

If you're doing it for him don't bother, he should love you the way you are. Tell him that if he wants a playboy playmate he should go buy the magazine and some lotion!
If you want to do it for yourself, yes, pilate type exercises work wonders. You see results rather quickly and you can do them when you are watching TV. Good luck, and remember to love yourself the way you are, not the way somebody wants you to be!

What was the question I can't understand it because you have sentences joined together and few subjects all in one paragraph. If your to LAZY to join a gym what makes you think you can't actually change your lifestyle.

What else does he say he likes about you? If his only interest is in your body, I'd look elsewhere. If you're interested in losing weight for yourself...that's fine. But don't do it just for a guy.

Don't change it just because he thinks you'd look better.
If you are lazy and too busy, and you are happy with the way you look, let his comments be just that: comments.
Or maybe you should hint that he'd look hot if he just had a shapelier butt.

It seems your body is what attracts him not your personality or just you. As long you are healthy and comfortable with your body, don’t change it because of him. If he makes the comment again, tell him “why don’t you build some muscles and get six packs?”

Well, if he likes you, he should not be making such comments. On the other hand, jogging and sit-ups will help a lot.

I would ditch this jerk. If he is interested in 'playmates' he's bad news. Respect yourself and graduate to a higher level of males...although those are more difficult to find.
