I was wondering how much it would cost to live in Toronto for one person. I'm not a very materialistic person at all, so I just want to know what are the average costs of rent, all the bills, and public transportation is per month.

People who live in Toronto by themselves would be of great help. Thanks :)

I currently live in Vancouver, so Toronto seems a lot cheaper rent-wise than Vancouver.

Please no more useless answers that it's an expensive city. That's a given. I'm not a dumba ss.

I live in Toronto and the cheapest 1 bedroom apartment I got is $850. That takes up almost half of my monthly salary. I heard the public transportation will cost you $2.75 per trip, I am not sure.

Mabuhay!
