The back of my brother's hair keeps popping up and noone in our family can make it stay down. Any suggestions?

the question is what does his hairline look like. if he has a cowlick the best thing is to cut it shorter. but there could be other things going on ..so the only real thing to do is go to a proper stylist . they should be able to at least control the situation and make recommendations.

Try buying gell and styling it, so it looks messy, but put together, and that poppin up part will blend in with the rest of the style.

hav u tried maybe straightning it or maybe making him hav a shower and brush it down to try and unkink it that way..

shave it off..hehe..sorry ....maybe take him to a hairdresser and see what they can go he might need a trim..
