I have a friend and she likes one of our best guy friends but he doesn't know and she's trying to go out with him but she's scared to ask. He hugs her alot and stuff so we assume he likes her....Help please.

One day, you should just ask him, " Who do you like?" If he doesn't tell just start saying "Do you like so and so?" If he shows signs of stress or embarrassment, you will know who he likes, if that doesn't work, I don't know how to find out.
I used this technique to find out who all my friends like.

It depends on how close YOU and this guy are. If you're good enough friends that you can get away with asking him outright (and not causing him suspicion that you're asking on your friend's behalf) then just go ahead and ask. But don't make it seem like you're asking because of her. Say something like, "Hey, Jack, do you like Megan?" in an offhand, nonchalant, even teasing tone. If he asks, "Why do you ask?", then say "Oh, well I just noticed how you hug her all the time and you're always so sweet and nice to her. I guessed there might be something more to it than platonic friendship, and I was curious, so I thought I'd ask." If you're a fairly good liar, that could work quite well. :)
However, if you're one of those hopelessly honest people and wear your heart on your sleeve, get another mutual friend to ask. The most important thing is that it must sound casual and offhand, and not at all like his answer is a matter of life or death, lol...

Just flirt, if he likes you he'll flirt back. I had a girl once who my friends say was hitting on me and I barely noticed, but a girl who I liked and was probably looking too hard for hints started flirting with me and I picked up on it quickly. Just be careful what you say.

just keep asking him who he likes!!
for like hours!
then start throwing really fast and easy questions at him!
like really fast
and do about 11 questions!
then all of a sudden ask him who he likes
like really fast and he should answer!
