Jesus demonstrated Christian leadership by not placing himself above others. He traveled with his "team" and he stayed and ate with them. He allowed others to grow and he supported their growth. Remember how he allowed the diciples to take the lead during the story of the Fish and the Bread and the crowd of 5000. He let them think of a possible solution and then intervened.
Jesus responded properly to Martha when she complained that Mary was not doing enough work. He did not chastise either woman. (Try that at work next time someone complains to you.)
Jesus gave clear directions to his team.

What really sticks out to me is that no matter who he was speaking to, He always spoke with love. And notice how He didn't look down on thieves, tax collectors, adultresses, etc. as what they were compared to His holiness. He humbled Himself and looked at what those people could be. That demonstrates two things: a)Love and compassion which you can only have through God, and b)A true spirit of leadership and kindness. Rather than looking at a person as how filthy and corrupted they were when compared with Him, He looked at them as how wonderful the Lord could make him/her.
He didn't allow people with serious problems to go on in ignorance, thinking that everything is good. He told them, You're doing something wrong. But He did it in a loving and completely un-hypocritical manner. Everything He did and said came out of love. God loves a person no matter how filthy they are, but He doesn't want to leave them there, because that would result in their destruction. So, He gives us every possible warning and opportunity to come to Him. Once we come to Him, He promises to cleanse them from all their unrighteousness and make their deeds pure.
Humility is the third aspect of the Lord Jesus Christ which I would like to emphasize. He wasn't afraid to go down to his knees and wash His disciples' feet, teaching them not to go thinking that they were too good to do so. Humility is one of the most important qualities in a leader.
The Lord taught so many things during His ministry on Earth: Depending on the Lord, dealing with anger in a healthy and godly manner, loving those who are hurting us, forgiving others, and loving & serving God before yourself are just a few of the many lessons of Christian living. All of these things are absolutely essential to Christian leadership and living every day as a Christian.
To learn more about Christ's ministry, I reccomend you read "Desire of Ages" by Ellen G. White. To learn more about Christian Living, I reccomend you read "Steps to Christ" by Ellen G. White. These two books are a necessity to anyone wishing to learn about Christ and how to come closer to Him.
May God abundandtly bless you, I will keep you in prayer. Please stay in contact if you have any questions. God bless!

Although Jesus talked to the multitudes at times, and taught large numbers of people at times, His main leadership role was to the small inner circle of disciples. He taught, led, and caused each of them to develop to fullness - and sent them out to do the same. In our congregation, about 15 of us meet with the p[astor. We each have our own group to lead. Each of the young men in my group will be leading their own group.

The first thing that comes to mind is Christ chasing the money-changers out of the Temple.

He preached that you must be a servant to all, and showed being a servant by washing his disciple's feet and told them to do likewise.
