I think that he probably does miss you and thinks about you. It's probably tearing him apart. Why isn't he making the first move? That like somewhat happened to me, and I can just see that he wants to talk to me but I just walk by giving him a cold shoulder, but it seems like me and him can't take our eyes off each other. I'll be secretly staring at him, and I know that he stares at me because my girls said it and when I go to look at him he quickly looks aways acting like he wasn't looking at me. So I think that the guy likes you, and why won't you make the first move? If you guys do like each other, just do what you have to do to make you guys go out with each other. good luck.
