You can. You need to get some, now just trust me on this. salt and put it on the cut. It will hurt like **** for a couple of seconds then it will mellow out. The salt will clean out the wound and make it heal up faster by up to 3 days. This is professionally found, you can look it up on Ask.com. I hope your tounge feels better soon.

If it's not to serious, it will heal rather quickly.
The eye, the tounge, and the inside of the
mouth will heal quickly, but if it's a rather nice
"slice" you better see a doc.

If it's mild, it will heal itself (think of it this way--pierced tongues close up on their own very quickly if there is no ring) quickly. If it is deep (like a gaping cut or a piece hanging off), you need stitches. If you are not sure, or if it won't stop bleeding, go to the doctor.

I don't know what a 'tounge' is but if you mean tongue, that thing in your mouth, I think you can swish warm salt water in your mouth to help keep it clean and further healing.

It should heal on its own. Cuts in the mouth eal faster than any other area of the body.

You can't. It will heal on its own if it is a small cut, if it is a large cut go to the drs.
