i want to set up a surprise for my boyfriend when he wakes up in the morning on his birthday (we live together)
he is the kind of guy that appreciates little things and i would love to set up something romantic and sweet that will brighten his day...something like in "The Notebook" when Noah set up the train of arrows and rose petals for Allie...i really want to cheer him up and make him happy...any ideas?

well first of all it sounds like you two relly like each other so don't be to worried. if you want to do somthing special when he wakes up play his favorite song or the song that was playing when you first kissed (if you chose the second one kiss him when he wakes up.) if you make him breakfast you don't need to make him his favorite breakfast just somthing that has meaning to you and him. spend the day with him if you can, if you can't try an do somthing extra special for him when you see him again. if you can spend the day with him for lunck go to a small little doner where you can talk, but make sure he has time to spend with his homeboys and not you. later on get his favorite dinner and watch a movie he likes. you really can't go wrong because it sounds like he loves you and he'll love anything you do for him.
